The Sun is out in Connecticut...Hopefully it is in NYC too! Vitamin D is important for all of us...so get outside! Rent a bike on the go biking on West Side Highway, go for a run in Central Park or throw a frisbee around, play tennis on the Westside Highway at Houston Street, if you work in Midtown, get an outdoor lunch at Rock Center Cafe (get the Chips and Guacamole!!), walk home from work, take a walk through the beautiful West Village Streets, read your book on the Pier on the West Side Highway or Carl Schurz Park! For those in Greenwich, get over the Todds Point with your bike, rollerblades, walk or run! Enjoy the day...sunset isn't until 7:32 tonight in NYC....Enjoy your Spring Moments! XO
